Responsibilities:
- Entering client data into the system;
- Supporting the client during the full sales cycle from receiving the order to its delivery to the client's address;
- Placement of the order in the system;
- Control of warehouse stocks;
- Control of order fulfillment terms;
- Organization of shipment;
- Issuance of primary accounting documents;
- Issuance of accompanying transport invoices documents;
- Registration of complaints, working with claims;
- Tracking changes in the range;
- Control of payment of bills and customer receivables;
- Maintenance and archiving of documentation;
- Tare accounting.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in sales in the direction of administration and sales coordination (backoffice), preferably with a technical product group;
- Knowledge of primary accounting documents;
- Experienced PC user (MS Office), knowledge of SAP will be an advantage;
- Experience with export operations will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
Requirements:
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30, Sat-Sun - weekends;
- Transportation in Brovary or travel compensation;
- The company's office and production is located in the village Kalynivka, Brovarsky district;
