What will be included in the duties:

• Contractual work with customers and suppliers:
• Agreement with the legal department, signing
  • li>
  • Prolongation
  • Consolidation of contracts and control of their return is
  • Return of overpayments to customers (processing in 1C)
  • Preparation of documents for submitting claims to the debtor
  • li>
  • Control of primary documentation (invoices, expenses, etc.)

  Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Experience working with documents
  < li>Knowledge of basic office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, 1C)
  • Ability to effectively organize your working time and prioritize tasks;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness
  • Good communication skills. li>
  • Medical insurance after completing the probationary period 
  • Office - p. Prolisky, Boryspil district. Possible partial remote work by agreement with the manager.
