Administrator of the retail network development department (Sinsay chain of stores)

The main goals and tasks of this position:

• Administrative assistance: management of the database of rental contracts

  • Preparation of presentations for project approval based on materials provided by leasing managers
  • Maintenance of a database of all projects in the region
  • Maintenance of all internal documentation, related to leasing procedures
  • Preparation of market research and reports
  • Assisting leasing managers in the search for real estate objects according to the brand standard
  • Working with received offers (coherence of all data)
  • Obtaining additional data necessary to fill in the details of the project (photos of the location, object, etc.)
  • Organization signing (delivery of contracts for signing, sending contracts to certain locations, etc.)
  • Organization of meetings of the retail network development department

  Requirements for our candidates:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • English will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of programs: Outlook, Excel
  • Independence and ambition to the completion of assigned tasks
  • Excellent self-organization
