Administrator of the regional sales department in Sinevo Ukrayina

Cinevo Ukraine European Medical Laboratory, which is part of the Swedish group of medical holding companies "Medicover", in connection with the expansion of the team, invites to join the Administrator regional sales department.

Main duties:

• Management, optimization and support of the client database — personal information, orders, other operational data;
• Reflection updated data in internal files;
• Maintenance of Client registers regarding the validity periods of current CPC contracts;
• Integration of databases data from CRM and maintaining the relevance of information;
• Maintaining the relevance of data in systems and ensuring the smooth operation of integrations;
• Preparation of analytical reports for managers;
• Performing data analysis to identify trends in sales, customer behavior and other key indicators;
• Cooperation with other departments of the company.

Key mission:

• Administrative support of the regional sales process, aimed at meeting the needs of Clients in the product of laboratory diagnostics.

Work schedule:

• Office format of work;
• Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18 :00
• Saturday, Sunday - weekend.
