In connection with the reformatting of the company's activities, we are looking for an Administrator at Polygon, who will be internally motivated, disciplined, responsible, proactive and empathetic, will correspond to our values and will support our corporate culture. Your earnings will form a rate and % of your personal sales on the spot.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• Higher or secondary special education: completed or incomplete.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, customer orientation.
• Basic understanding of "what sales are and how to implement them".
• Ability to quickly learn and master new knowledge in large volumes.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs for keeping records and recording customers.
• Basic knowledge of cash discipline.
• Constant desire for order, discipline, systematicity and organization.

Will be a big plus:

• Advanced understanding of aspects of choosing and handling weapons and its modernization.
• Advanced understanding of the principles of selecting tactical equipment for various types of tasks.
• Advanced mastery of "live sales" techniques and successful experience in consulting clients.

Working conditions:

• Schedule 4\5 from 9:00 to 20:00 (builds from partner).
• Official employment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the full cycle of operation of the facility.
• Ensuring the full cycle of advising clients on goods and services of the company: live and by phone, if necessary
• Ensuring the full cycle of the sales process of goods and services on site.
• Maintaining a checkbox, working in the Fitness Pro system, Google Workspace and the most common messengers.

What will happen to the candidate during hiring?

• Online interview with the management and by a recruiter.
• Completion of an intensive internship: 3 days, full-time work on site.
• Completion of a trial period: 2 months of intensive training, acquisition and assimilation of knowledge, passing a test.
• Closing of the trial period and the start of full cooperation.
