The main functions of this position:
arrangement of files and their systematization in the company's database;
organization and support of the electronic documentation system;
ensuring correct storage of documents in the company's own and cloud storages;
creating backup copies of important files and controlling access to the archive;
establishing and regulating access rights to various types of files for company employees;
tracking any changes in access and logging user activity;
creating and optimizing scripts and formulas in tables to automate data processing;
configuration of integration of spreadsheets with other data storage systems;
implementation and administration of cloud data storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint).
optimization of work with local storage and cloud platforms for quick access to files.
Skills required for this position:
higher technical education;
experience with electronic documentation and database management from 1-2 years;
knowledge of data archiving, storage and backup;
ownership of document management systems;
knowledge of cloud technologies (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint) and local storage;
experience writing scripts and working with formulas in electronic spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
database skills (SQL would be an advantage).
