Our clients are: banks, supermarket chains, shopping and office centers, medical clinics, food, industrial enterprises, and state administrative buildings. We invite you to work as a cleaning administrator in the shopping center on Pid Dubom Street for a night shift. Requirements: Education: higher, secondary-specialized; PC knowledge only at the level of an experienced user; Experience in administrative work / preferably experience in working with people, personnel management of 10 people or more .Firmness, clarity when setting tasks. Independence and responsibility in decision-making within the limits of one's authority; Organizational abilities; Active life position, focus on results, stress resistance. Responsibilities: Organization of the work of technical personnel (cleaners, operators of floor washing machines) Control over the quality of cleaning work and work discipline on objects Elimination of comments regarding cleaning at the facility by the customer. Communication with the customer, signing acts of completed works. Participation in the selection and training of technical personnel at the facility. Ordering consumables for the facility. work and staff timesheets, keeping reporting documentation. We offer: shift work schedule 2 nights every 2 (from 20:00 to 08:00) — 15 work shifts per month.
