The "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" Charitable Foundation is looking for an administrator for the delivery location humanitarian aid in the city of Kherson.

Main duties:

• Organization and coordination of the process of issuing humanitarian aid at the location.
• Management of the team engaged in the issuance of aid, control over compliance with work standards.
• Distribution of tasks between employees and control over their execution.
• Maintenance of accounting documentation, reporting on humanitarian aid issued .
• Working with databases and ensuring correct registration of information about aid recipients.
• Communication with partners and representatives of organizations to coordinate activities at the location.

Requirements:

• Experience in the organization or administration of processes (preferably in the field of humanitarian aid or similar projects).
• High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Responsibility, attention to details and the ability to work with documentation.
• Communication, stress resistance and the ability to quickly solve problem situations.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office, spreadsheets).
