Administrator in Avtopasazh, TOV

Autopassage LLC, the official dealer of Jeep cars in Kyiv, needs a car showroom administrator on a permanent basis.

Basic requirements for candidacy:

• Experience as an administrator (preferred);
• Ability to use office equipment (mini PBX, scanner, copier);
• Knowledge of PC;
• Personal qualities: competent language, knowledge of business etiquette, sociability, high level responsibility, ability to work in a team, decency, politeness, friendliness.

Main responsibilities:

• Reception and distribution of incoming calls;
• Accepting and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Meeting and directing visitors to the car showroom.

• Politeness calls to customers after service at the service.

Conditions:

• Young and friendly team;
• Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; 3/ 3
• Official employment;
• Salary - UAH 18,000 - UAH 22,000.
