Desirable: experience working with department heads and working professions: painter, tiler, plumber, electrician, foreman, technician
Preferably: current private entrepreneur 3rd group
Knowledge of the German language (A2-B2)? - a big plus. Or the desire to quickly start learning it
Participation in systematization: formation of instructions, checklists, regulations, automation of learning processes, creation of an academy and knowledge base
Ability to ensure that department managers and workers complete onboarding steps, training programs, and adherence to the company's corporate culture in a timely manner
???Responsibilities
??Control of the adaptation process and new employees (90% are construction workers)??
Participation in the creation of an adaptation system
Conducting online acquaintance of a new employee with the company
Conducting an exit interview
Conducting basic briefings
Organization of employee training
Control of the induction of an employee into position by his supervisor
Control the timeliness of completing training stages and completing training programs
Participation in the formation of the development system: knowledge base, academy, courses, mentoring, regulations, instructions
Communication with department heads and workers on issues of adaptation, training, corporate culture.
Filling out the position report with performance indicators for the period (week/month)
Implementation of adaptation tools, training and corporate culture. Monitoring the use of tools by employees
Creation of courses for managers and workers

?Position rate: 400?€
Bonus for completing 3 plans (tasks and KPIs): adaptation, training, corporate culture: 150€ for each task plan = 450?€
Tax compensation, if there is a private entrepreneur: 100?€
