We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic hands-on Ad Operations Specialist. LeadsMarket is hiring a full-time Ad Operations Specialist who will manage the setup, delivery, optimization, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple clients in a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve ad operations issues promptly, ensuring all campaign deliverables meet expectations. Qualifications: Fluency in written and spoken English; A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations and client service, preferably in the financial services or tech industry; Familiarity with B2C and B2B2C businesses, particularly in the digital consumer space; Experience in setting up and managing advertising campaigns; Strong technical skills within the digital ad space, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively; Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks proactively; Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables; Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; A bachelor's degree in a related field; Experience in financial services lead generation is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of ad operations, including the setup and launch of new advertisers and campaigns, ensuring they meet success and revenue targets; Conduct QA checks and troubleshoot technical issues as needed; Effectively communicate campaign status, technical challenges, launch delays, and performance updates to client-facing teams; Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and performance; Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations to customer success representatives; Collaborate with integration, technical, marketing, and publisher teams to implement creative and technical requirements; Document, update, and maintain workflow procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement; Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging opportunities to enhance the company's ad operations.
