You will need: <

Experience of working on the positions of a specialist of compensation and privileges/manager from accruals or in adjacent positions

experience with employees' motivation systems in the operating department (preferably in E- commerce or retaile)

High level of ownership of Excel (working with formulas, tables, reports, data analysis)

Work and measure the efficiency and performance of employees

Metric (KPI) skills and analytical reports

Responsibility, attentiveness to Details and ability to work with large amounts of information
