Accounts Payable Analyst in Jabil Circuit Ukraine LLC

Requirements:

• Higher education in the specialty "Economics/Accounting and Auditing/International Economic Relations/Banking" or relevant work experience is preferred
• Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or above (correspondence and communication)
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Experience in the banking system or as an economist, accountant will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills

Main duties:

• Formation of payments in accordance with agreed payment schedules
• Reconciliation of actual deliveries/services provided with invoices for payment on a daily basis
• Entering invoices for payment from suppliers and purchase orders into the corporate system
• Checking accounts payable, preparing relevant reports and requests to counterparties
• Register of client payments in SAP
• Checking details supplier with incoming documentation
• Identify and eliminate discrepancies in invoices for payment related to quantity or price
• Providing information for payment forecasts
• Reconciling with suppliers and responding to inquiries regarding accounts payable status
