Current vacancy:

Accountant with accounts payable analyst(accounts payable analyst)

Requirements:

• Higher education in the specialty "Economics/Accounting and Auditing/International Economic Relations/Banking" or relevant work experience is preferred

• Good analytical skills

Main duties:

• Formation of payments in accordance with agreed payment schedules
• Reconciliation of actual deliveries/services rendered with invoices for payment on a daily basis
• Introduction of invoices into the corporate system for payment from suppliers and purchase orders
• Checking payables, preparation of relevant reports and inquiries to counterparties
• Customer payment register in SAP
• Checking supplier details with incoming documentation
• Identifying and correcting discrepancies in invoices related to quantity or price
• Providing information for payment forecasts
• Reconciling with suppliers and responding to inquiries regarding the state of payables
