Accounting accountant in Silpo

• Controlling the reconciliation of turnover with suppliers ( intragroup and external) in accordance with the defined terms
• Signing reconciliations with external suppliers and maintaining an analytics report in the internal system
• Work with suppliers with open advances: signing acts of reconciliation
• Display of tax credit data for the reporting month for suppliers with a consolidated tax invoice (PN).
• Analysis and closing of negative balances on account 644* and balances of previous periods
• Conducting accounting reports on unreceived/blocked settlement adjustments (RC) for the reporting period period
• Entering accounting data for correct accounting (adjustment of income, returns, balances according to reconciliations)

For work you will need:

• High level of communication
• Responsibility, punctuality, initiative, efficiency, stress resistance
• Logical thinking, the ability to quickly make decisions and work in a large team
• A confident user of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
