Accountant (recruitment, human resources) in INTEGRITES

The law firm INTEGRITES is looking for an Accountant for our team in Kyiv. Main tasks: Calculation and tracking of wages, including the calculation and withholding of taxes and contributions; Keeping personnel records based on staff rosters; Formalizing the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with employment, legislation and internal regulations; Completing and storing work books, issuing certificates of labor activity; Carrying out timely recording and display personnel transfers in the database; Settlements with accountable persons (advance reports, business trips); Providing advice and support to employees in matters of payroll and personnel accounting. We expect: Work experience in a similar position from 2 years; Higher education in economics / accounting / audit; Understanding of tax and labor legislation; Ability to work with accounting software (1C 8.3, ZUP, M.E.Doc); High attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
