- Issue of primary documentation regarding the receipt and sale of goods (bill of lading, invoices, acts acceptance);
- Reconciliation with suppliers and buyers on the accounting of goods.
Inventory:
< li style="font-weight: 400">Participation in the inventory of TMC in warehouses;
- Compilation of reports and acts based on the results of the inventory;
- Analysis and elimination of identified discrepancies.
Residual control:
- Monitoring of TMC balances in warehouses and accounting systems;
- Control over the movement of goods in the warehouse, write-offs and adjustments.
Reporting:
- Formation of reports on the movement of goods for the management of the company;
- Participation in the preparation of accounting reports related to goods.
li>Working with accounting programs:
- Maintenance of TMC records in specialized programs (1C, SAP, etc.);
- Ensuring correct data entry into accounting systems.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary specialized education in accounting, economics or finance;
- Work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting of TMC;
- Ability to work with accounting programs (1C, Excel, etc.);
- Attention to details, responsibility, accuracy in working with documents.
