Accountant in MK M’yasniy

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting of commodity values:

   • Keeping accounting records of receipt, storage and write-off of TMC;
   • Control over the timely display of transactions in accounting documentation.

   • Interaction with suppliers and by buyers:

     • Issue of primary documentation regarding the receipt and sale of goods (bill of lading, invoices, acts acceptance);
     • Reconciliation with suppliers and buyers on the accounting of goods.

   • Inventory:

     < li style="font-weight: 400">Participation in the inventory of TMC in warehouses;
     • Compilation of reports and acts based on the results of the inventory;
     • Analysis and elimination of identified discrepancies.

   • Residual control:

     • Monitoring of TMC balances in warehouses and accounting systems;
     • Control over the movement of goods in the warehouse, write-offs and adjustments.

   • Reporting:

     • Formation of reports on the movement of goods for the management of the company;
     • Participation in the preparation of accounting reports related to goods.

   • Working with accounting programs:

     • Maintenance of TMC records in specialized programs (1C, SAP, etc.);
     • Ensuring correct data entry into accounting systems.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary specialized education in accounting, economics or finance;
• Work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting of TMC;
• Ability to work with accounting programs (1C, Excel, etc.);
• Attention to details, responsibility, accuracy in working with documents.
