We are currently looking for a Merchandise Accountant .
Responsibilities:
- Reflection in the accounting of primary documents on the company's turnover (expenditures invoices, return invoices, TTN).
- Archiving, systematization of primary documents. Control over the correctness of TTN compilation.
- Reconciliation of data on the arrival and return of goods in warehouse and accounting databases.
- Formation and execution of acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers of goods.
documents).- Compilation and implementation in the accounting systems of product returns.
- Calculation of marketing services, according to the terms of the contract and agreement with counterparties. Creation of primary documents in accounting systems (Invoices, Acts of rendered services, Tax invoices). Uploading tax invoices to M.E.Doc for registration in the ЕРПН.
- Compliance with the requirements for the timely closing of the reporting period.
- Compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal procedures of the company.
p>Key requirements:- Higher professional education (Accounting and auditing);
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax accounting;
- Skills for working with primary documents on the circulation of goods;
- Ability to work quickly and carefully with a large amount of information;
- A confident PC user: MS Excel; MS Outlook, Medoc;
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP software is considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- Establish and maintain contact with counterparties and colleagues;
- Ability to learn quickly, literacy, attention to detail, integrity, energy, sociability, initiative.
