Your future role is to check the availability, completeness, and correctness of primary documents for the services received from suppliers-FOP (contracts, acts of services rendered, invoices); timely execution of acts of services provided by FOP suppliers in the SAP accounting system; reconciliation of payments with suppliers; communication with suppliers-FOP; verification of advance reports regarding the correctness of registration and completeness of the provided primary documents; conducting advance reports in SAP; conducting a bank statement in SAP on corporate cards; creation of a payment voucher for compensation of employee expenses and for payment of an advance for a business trip; calculation of additional taxes in SAP in case of additional income for the employee; clearing of documents in SAP; consulting employees on issues of preparation of advance reports and reporting. other tasks of the manager.
