• Checking the availability, completeness and correctness of primary documents on the received services from suppliers-FOPs (contracts, acts of services rendered, accounts); suppliers;
• communication with suppliers-FOP;
• Checking the advance reports on the correctness of the registration and completeness of the primary documents provided;
• conducting advance reports in SAP; payment of a business trip;
• Accruation of additional taxes in SAP in the event of additional income for the employee;
• clearing documents in SAP;
• Advise employees on advance reporting and reporting. IMPORTANT:
  • Higher education in accounting/economics/finance;
  • experience of 2 years old;
  • Knowledge in English;
  • Attentiveness to details, responsibility, diligence, readiness for learning;
  • Orientation on the result, ability to work in a team.
