Accountant (accounting for wholesale sales and marketplace) in INTERTOP/INTERTOP

Hello! We are INTERTOP Ukraine. In the conditions of war, we continue to work and pay taxes to support the economy of Ukraine and help those in need. 

On the fashion platform  intertop.ua already has 140 thousand products in the categories of clothes, shoes, accessories and cosmetics. We have been the leaders of Ukrainian fashion retail for 30 years and have more than 160 stores throughout the country. It is INTERTOP Ukraine that represents the most famous retail chains: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Marc O'Polo, Napapijri, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani7, The North Face, Vans and Kiko Milano. 

The main driver of the development of INTERTOP Ukraine is our people, our fantastic personalities, so today we are looking for an accountant (oblick on wholesale sales and marketplace)

What are you, our new colleague?

• you have knowledge of the basics of accounting

• you have knowledge and understanding of accounting postings

• you are a confident user of Microsoft -Excel/Word/Outlook. Knowledge of Medok or SAP programs will be an advantage

• you have a specialized education (accounting and auditing, finance) or you are a final year student
• you are non-conflictual, attentive, you have an active lifestyle and a responsible attitude to work
• you have a desire to learn
• ready to work in office.

What will you work on?< /strong>

• above the account on wholesale sales and marketplace (prepaid, postpaid, return)

• you will form VAT tax obligations, register tax invoices in the MEDOK system

• you will keep records of receivables

• work with primary documents (in

  invoicing, acts of providing services,

  monthly reconciliation of debts to counterparties, f

  formatting of internal reports at the end of the reporting period.

• accept in

  part of the company's internal projects

• work in the SAP accounting program.
