Accountant/Accountant for accounting of settlements with accountable persons in JTI / Japan Tobacco International

Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

• Keeping records of settlements with accountable persons. Control over the correct execution of orders and primary accounting documents regarding representative expenses, travel expenses and other business needs, ensuring the display of information in Concur-based SAR systems

• Control of payables and receivables on the account "Accountable persons"

• Control of the timeliness of reports on used cash and non-cash funds in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation and JSOX control

• Closing of the reporting month according to the established schedule; reporting on gifts, fuel, purchases of tobacco products, etc. 

• Working with primary documents, advance reports

• Provide instructions and advice to the company's employees regarding the choice of the type of calculation, the procedure for reporting and taxation of expenses in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation

• Interact with everyone by company employees on matters of travel expenses, representative purposes and other business needs

• Preparation and analysis of expenses of accountable persons in by departments, expense items, as well as providing recommendations to management on improving processes and minimizing tax risks

• Participation in tax and audit checks

Experience, skills and abilities required: 

• Higher education (Accounting and auditing / Finance / Economics)

• 1-2 years of practical work experience in the direction of accounting for settlements with accountable persons. Knowledge of legislation in the area of ​​accounting for settlements with accountable persons. Deep knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian accounting system and the Tax Code of Ukraine.< /p>

• The level of English is preferably Intermediate, Ukrainian is fluent

• Certain experience with MS Office, knowledge of SAP, Concur - will be an advantage

• Gstrong analytical, organizational and communication skills
