About the Team

We are Wix’s Finance Team. We oversee all the financial transactions that happen at Wix – almost every accounting function you can imagine. We are a group of fun-loving professionals who do finance the Wix way, always taking the time to learn and have fun while we work.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Kyiv.

Job Description

1. Record day-to-day income transactions from the provision of services in the accounting systems

2. Prepare primary documents for customers (acts of acceptance and tax invoices)

3. Analysis and control of receivables

4. Customers’ document flow (electronic and hard) control

5. Manage payments in national and foreign currency in the client-bank system

6. Monitor bank statements (income and outcome) 

7. Prepare the acts of reconciliation with vendors and manage the reconciliation process

8. Calculate payroll (up to 15 employees)

9. Take part in the month‑closing and year‑closing processes

10. Work closely with procurement, operations, finance and other teams

11. Prepare and provide relevant information at the request of the manager

Qualifications

• You’re an accounting and tax professional with 4+ years hands-on experience in an accounting position

• Work experience in medium or large companies would be an advantage

• Intermediate level English (minimum)

• The ability to work both in a team and autonomously

• You have experience with programs and systems like Medoc, BAS (BAF), Vchasno, MS Office, LIGA

• Experience with Oracle (or SAP) would be a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding time management skills and a passion for accounting
