Accountant in Skaniya Ukrayina, TOV

Main duties in the position:

• Maintenance of accounting and tax records of the off-balance sheet branch of the enterprise (maintenance and repair of trucks)
• processing of branch bank statements
• mutual settlements with buyers, accounting of operations for the sale of goods, services and works, preparation and registration of tax invoices and calculations of adjustments to them
• reciprocal settlements with local suppliers of spare parts, accounting of the company’s expenses for the purchase of spare parts, services, verification/control of the tax credit
• control of receivables and payables
• carrying out of stocking operations, movements between warehouses, write-off of TMC
• inspection, processing and accounting for advance reports of the branch
• conducting an annual inventory of TMC (spare parts for truck equipment)
• compliance with internal orders, rules and standards of the Company

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher financial and accounting education or economic
• experience of working as an accountant in a foreign company for 3 years years
• knowledge of national standards of accounting, tax accounting and international standards of financial reporting
• experience in MCFO/IFRS is desirable
• advanced user of MEDOC, confident command of client-bank systems, experience of working with dual-standard accounting programs (SCALA, SAP)
• excellent PC skills, including MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
• average level of knowledge of the English language (financial and accounting subjects)
