Job description:

HORSCH UKRAINE is the official representative office of the German company HORSCH in Ukraine, which is engaged in the production of high-quality agricultural machinery. We are actively developing and invite you to become part of our successful team in the position of Accountant.

 Place of work: Kyiv region, village. Velyka Soltanivka, st. Motovylivska, 3 (30 km. from Kyiv, on the facade of the Kyiv-Odesa highway).

 Working conditions: full-time, 5-day work week, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon-Thurs) and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Fri).

Key requirements:

• higher/partial higher education (economics or finance);
• experience in a similar position from the 1st year in a legal entity under general conditions (VAT, profit); 
German language (oral and written) will be an advantage over other candidates.

 Functional responsibilities:

• work with primary documentation (posting of materials and services);
• keeping records of fixed assets (arrival, movement, write-off);
• work with accountable persons, conducting advance reports;
• participation in annual audit;
• participation in the annual inventory;
• registration of material and fuel write-offs;
• work with VMD;
• input of incoming tax invoices;
• reconciliation of mutual settlements with suppliers;
• organization of document flow and ensuring the completeness and preservation of primary documentation;
• execution of other orders of the direct manager.
