Accountant in Bookkeeping Services LLC

The leading global provider of social video analytics to advertisers, platforms and publishers is looking for a remote Accountant speaking English.

We have developed technology and data-driven solutions that give advertisers more control over where their ads are running. In the US, we have developed English content standards for advertisers and brands.

Main Responsibilities:

• Booking cash entries into NetSuite
• T&E (Travel & Expense) review and approvals in Concur (SAP)
• Preparation of VAT report
• Run allocation entries
• Assistance with audit requests
• Preparations of balance sheet reconciliations for cash/deposits
• Other tasks as required by this role

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Professional email writing and speaking skills
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Working conditions:

• Remote job (home office)
• Working full time (8 hours a day)

Working hours (3:00 pm 11:00 pm, Kyiv time)

Основні обов’язки:

• Ведення касових операцій у NetSuite
• Перевірка T&E (відрядження та витрати) та затвердження в Concur (SAP)
• Підготовка звітності з ПД
• Рознесення проводок
• Допомога з аудиторськими запитами
• Підготовка балансових звірок грошових коштів/депозитів
• Інші задачі, які передбачені даною позицією

Вимоги:

• Вільно володінняin English
• High level of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
