YOUR ROLE:

- Sending hryvnia payments to the client-bank after their approval according to the internal authorization procedure in SAP.< /p>

- Import payments: sending documents to the bank, agreement with the bank's currency control, purchase and payment of currency.

- Payment of dividends: preparation package of documents, agreement with the bank, purchase and sending of currency.

- Communication with banks, preparation of documents at the request of banks, participation in automation processes.

- Monitoring of balances in currencies, collection and preparation of information for forecasting balances.

- Currency services issued within the Group of companies: reconciliation of issued invoices, communication with by the service center and local colleagues on issued invoices, preparation or control of the preparation of documents (contracts, additional agreements, acts of completed works).

- Preparation of information for the "Report on the flow of funds" every quarter (direct method).

Closing of the month, quarter, year (control of downloading statements and bank balances, control of documents, reconciliation). common financial issues, coordination of regional financial strategies, improvement of financial processes.

YOUR SKILLS:

- Master's degree in the specialty "Accounting accounting".

- Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.

- Experience in an international company is a significant advantage.

- Knowledge of English languages ​​at the upper-intermediate level or higher.

- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
