Accountant in DOPOMOGA UKRAINE

The world leader in the field of food and beverage production, which is successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of a vacancy: "Accountant, Kyiv".

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspection and endorsement of documents from suppliers according to the list determined by the manager;
• Control over the resolution of problematic documents for settlements with suppliers, closing GR/IR accounts and timely unparking and unlocking documents for payment;
• Ensuring timely transfer of documents for the settlement department with buyers in the head office;
• Creating PR for financial and transport departments, and also receiving services in SAP (GR);
• Ensuring the timely transfer of documents from suppliers and monitoring payment terms in accordance with the list defined by the manager;
• Creating web forms for advance payments, speeding up payments, adjustment of documents and accounting of information according to other implementations, as well as updating of standard procedures (SR) in accordance with changes in legislation and internal processes;
• Participation in the implementation of strategic plans and achievement of division goals within the company. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education in finance, accounting;
< li>Work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
• Experience in working with information systems, confident PC skills and working skills in SAP R/3;
• Upper-Intermediate English;< /li>
• Communicativeness, adaptability and attention to detail, willingness and ability to learn.
