Premiere URGENCE ( pui is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious humanitarian non-governmental organization. PUI began a humanitarian intervention in Ukraine in February 2015. The goals of the mission are to improve or restore equal access to primary care for the local and displaced population affected by military conflict and to improve their living conditions by covering their fundamental needs. Qualifications:
Education: Higher (bachelor's degree or higher) in the specialty" Social Sciences "," Sociology "," Anthropology "," Statistics "," Economics "or other related specialty.
Work experience: at least 1 year of work in the field of quality and quantitative data, information and statistical analysis ( or other relevant to this position of work experience).
Critical thinking and initiative.
PC possession: A confident Microsoft Office user (with an emphasis on Excel and Word).
Tasks and responsibilities:
Reporting
- Provide efficient development and management of PUI feedback mechanisms by regularly collecting reviews from communities and daily processing information from FCRM channels (hotline, e-mail, e-mail, e-mail Chat, feedback box).
- Provide proper registration of reviews and complaints in the PUI system. > Keep confidential and detailed records of all registered reviews.
- Examine urgent complaints and/or feedback of a sensitive nature as a matter of urgency and ensure their immediate resolution.
- In collaboration with the Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability for Results and Learning, coordinate efforts with community leaders and other stakeholders to facilitate problem solving as needed.
- Collect data, as well as prepare and submit regular, comprehensive and detailed reports on the organization's activities.
- If necessary, propose new tools for collecting feedback and strengthen the relevance of PUI feedback mechanisms.
Promotion of FCRM (Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism )
- Development of information strategy and of materials
- Support the development of relevant IEC tools (information, education and communication) to inform the feedback mechanisms of PUI.
- If necessary, propose new ways of disseminating information about PUI feedback mechanisms.
Communication with communities
- Inform community members about their right to receive consultation and send feedback on the activities of the PUI, explain why and how to use feedback mechanisms.
- Notify and disseminate among beneficiaries, project staff and other stakeholders information on procedures, policies and feedback tools.
- Implement accountability and activities aimed at promoting the FCRM system and raising awareness of it among communities, local authorities and external stakeholders in the regions of PUI intervention; to ensure awareness of the communities in the intervention zones about the mechanism of feedback and response to complaints.
Learning and Capacity Development
- Support capacity development employees project teams in order to implement and develop accountability practices and mechanisms in the program activities of the PUI.
- Conduct trainings and familiarize all new project employees with the FCRM mechanism.
