This is a global digital B&C product that feels equally good everywhere - in web, mobile and applications.
Tasks
- Bring order to chaos:look at current processes, propose a structure and take it in operational management.
- Maintain an annual calendar of events: plan, update, keep relevant
- Manage marketing and product materials: files, updates, relevance, communication with related teams.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations: improve flow, bring ideas to implementation, keep all tasks in one place system.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operational / project / account management in digital or related environments.
- Working in conditions of uncertainty, when processes are still "in the head", not in documents.
- Interaction with several teams in parallel without a client-facing role.
- Practical experience with spreadsheets, files, task management, not "I know how it should be".
Skills
- Strong organization and systems thinking without fanaticism
- Ability to propose processes from scratch and maintain them in a live environment
- Proactive communication: basically, on time, without too much noise
- English level B1-B2 for work communication and documents
