We are a small marketing team (up to 10 people) that guides clients in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and related areas. We work with Ukrainian and international projects for an English-speaking audience.
Key principle: we only hire ethical projects. Transparent communication, systematicity and real business results for the client are important to us.
Who we are looking for
We need a person who will become the "owner of the client": will manage the portfolio of projects, communicate, coordinate the team, keep processes and finances in order and develop cooperation.
This is not "PM only about tasks" and not "account only about calls".
This is a role at the intersection of client success + project management + performance thinking.
What will be your job:
1) Customer management and communication
be the main contact person for the client
conduct onboarding: goals, expectations, KPI, reporting format, rules of communication
conduct regular updates
collect requests/feedback, practice questions and "fires" without chaos
fix agreements and decisions so that "they don't get lost in chats
2) Organization of team work (internally)
set tasks SEO/PPC specialists through Team leads in the task tracker
control deadlines and quality before sending to the client
organize short meetings / brainstorms if a solution is needed
maintain a transparent process: who is doing what, what is ready, what is blocking
3) Analytics and control of the result
understand the numbers: traffic/positions/leads/CPA/ROAS (depending on the project)
see the dynamics and reasons for changes
initiate improvement: “what do we do next to grow”
prepare clear logic for the client: not just a report, but conclusions + plan
4) Finances by clients
control of payments and timeliness of payments
preparation/coordination of accounts and acts (with our help)
control of the “health” of the project: is everything on the margin / time of the team
initiation of extensions, extensions, upsells (gently, logically, according to the result)
5) Retention and development
work so that the client stays with us for a long time
notice outflow risks and “extinguish” them early
increase the client’s LTV through additional tasks/services (when it appropriate)
What does the work look like
Daily:
updates on tasks in the tracker
answers to clients, coordination/explanations
control of blockers and deadlines
Weekly:
status for each client: what we did / what we are doing / what is blocking / what is required from the client
short meetings with the team, if necessary
Monthly:
report + conclusions + plan for the next month
strong organization
adequate responsibility and proactivity: do not wait for a “command from above”
normal communication: without conflicts, without passive aggression, with respect
willingness to work with numbers and common sense, not “feelings”
Pros will be:
experience in Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO (at the level of understanding)
experience in the agency format
experience in managing clients and extensions
