We are looking for an Account Manager, that is, a Cody’s team player who can develop and maintain relationships with clients at all stages - from pre-sales to retention and repeat sales.We want this person to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining both work routine and paperwork, as well as communicating, identifying and anticipating new customer questions or requests.We also expect this person to be an excellent communicator, able to convey important information from client to managers and vice versa without loss or distortion.ResponsibilitiesConstant communication with the clients (email, chat, calls)Constant communication with development, accounting and back office teamsMaintaining project paperwork, including drafting contracts and other documents and invoicingLots of working with numbers and dataLots of writing and presentation workParticipation in meetings (ceremonies) with the client as well as internal company activities, reporting and results presentationConflict resolution and incident responseSales team support during the pre-sales, discovery and launch phases of the client’s projectClient support during project execution and completionIdentifying, collection and discussion of the client needsMonitoring and controlling each client satisfaction and total NPS of all the company's clientsQualificationsExperience in marketing, sales or customer service (minimum 2 years)Superb communication, presentation and analytical skillsAbility to empathize, love for teamworkStress tolerance and decent facilitator skillsKnowledge, understanding and willingness to work according to Agile principlesAttention to detailMathematical abilityAbility to work with office suiteSelf-education skillsEnglish B2 (or higher)B.Sc (or higher)We offer The decent salary level and regular revision based on performance review resultsEmployment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific locationTime off throughout the year: 15 paid working days a year of vacation, national holidays due to the Ukrainian calendar, up to 15 days a year of unpaid leave, unlimited unpaid leave days in case of working offRegular long-term working hours (40 hours a week), flexible scheduleResources to help improve your overall well-being: free gym and half-paid team eventsEnglish classesProfessional development support through conferences and paid qualified education
