Account Manager/Support Specialist (Terminal application) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position: development and improvement of acquiring products, namely PrivatBank's SoftPos solution - the "Terminal" application

Main duties:

• Onboarding & Adoption: Ensuring a smooth start for the client: training, integration, customizing the product for the client's business processes
• Relationship Management: Being the voice of the client inside the company — conveying insights to the product, sales, marketing team
• Retention & Expansion: Gathering requirements for integration and passing on answers to the client's integration questions to the product team. Identification of opportunities for contract expansion or additional solutions
• Cross-functional Alignment: Close interaction with: Sales - transfer of context after the sale, coordination of sales; Product team - feedback on features, problems and customer needs; Support - management of escalations and SLA
• Integration, support and promotion of new acquiring products
• Organization of support and uninterrupted operation of acquiring services
• Development of new/improvement/automation of existing acquiring processes
• Planning and reporting on projects
• Preparation and support of technical tasks
• Assessment of regulatory/client risks and limitations when launching/updating products and processes
• Providing proposals for improving bank services and products taking into account business needs (individual, corporate)

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of finance, economics, computer science or management)
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position that required relationship management and technical knowledge (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Analyst or Integration Analyst)
• Experience in optimization, automation and implementation of changes to current processes to ensure uninterrupted services
• Experience in writing, creating, monitoring implementation and implementation of technical tasks (TOR) and functional specifications
• In-depth knowledge of products, services, processes and regulatory requirements in in the field of acquiring and payment systems
• Understanding the working principles of API integrations, payment cycles and the main stages of development (SDLC)
• Ability to act as a communication bridge, effectively "translating" from the language of the client to the language of the developers and vice versa
• Skills of project management (schedule planning, reporting in Jira, Confluence) and knowledge of relevant methodologies
• Ability to use the basics of business analysis to assess risks and improve products
• Skills to analyze data on product usage to identify upsell opportunities and product expansion
• Skills to coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) and ensure successful customer onboarding
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate level (A2/B1)
