Utebe will have the following tasks: maintaining strong relationships with existing clients with the help of regular communication and personal meetings; identifying new business opportunities through market research and industry analysis; communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing appropriate product solutions, including product demos, presentations, etc.; maintaining customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and ensuring timely and professional coverage of their needs; upselling and cross-selling to existing customers in order to increase customer profitability and increase the customer base; cooperation with external teams, including sales, marketing and product development to ensure smooth operation; tracking reporting on the performance of clients and preparing regular reports for internal and external management. What you need to join us: 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position or at least sales/business development manager in B2B products; excellent communication skills; excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking; ability to work effectively at a fast pace under conditions of increased pressure; the ability to work autonomously; a high level of mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; a mandatory level of English at least Upper-Intermediate.
