We are looking for a proactive person in the team and a specialist with high potential in the field of building relationships with clients, for the role of Account Manager/Project Manager. Comprehensive support of current customers: business support, processing of current requests, analysis of current needs and expansion of opportunities of current customers projects. Development of current customers: help in the formation of new needs, development of new requests and expansion of business opportunities for the initiation of new projects (up-sell, cross-sell). Project management: guiding the customer from the start of the project to completion and even beyond. What is included in the area of responsibility of this role? Everything that brings you and us closer to the development goals of a specific client, in particular: Act as a "point of contact" between the developer and the customer. Be a "support point" for the customer and his team. Conduct weekly (or more often) coordination calls with the customer and the developer. Report the customer on the development status.
