In due to the fact that we want to pay more attention to our customers, we are looking for an Account Manager in the team.

What to do:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">communicate with customers - communicate in chats and by mail, solve current customer issues, organize and hold meetings, report;

• communicate with the internal team of specialists, set tasks and monitor timely and quality execution;

• participate in the development of strategy and project development plans;

• analyze visits to clients' sites;

• support SEO optimization of clients' sites and PPC promotion;

• collect statistics, analysis, web analytics;

• prepare monthly reports and presentations on project results;

• responsible for documents (contracts, invoices, acts).

It is important for us:

• work experience in marketing from 1 year;

• work experience in the field of project management: managing communications, document management, preparing presentations, building teamwork, process management will be a plus;

• experience working with digital products: PPC (Google, Facebook), SEO, media on the Internet;

• knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads tools

• ability to competently express one's thoughts in writing and aloud;

• ability to persuade and work with objections;

• ability to work in multitasking mode;

• excellent communication skills;

• knowledge of the English language is welcome;
