FinTech company Portmone is the first Ukrainian payment and online transfer system that develops non-bank payment solutions since 2002 (B2B and B2C services and products).

Our mission: To provide convenient and innovative payment solutions for customers and partners.

We are looking for an account manager in the partner department.

The schedule is hybrid, with periodic visits to the office in Kyiv.

What to do:

• Full escort of partners - connection and control of new products and services for partners;
• Help in processing B2B Support requests.
• Partner consultation on interaction protocols;
• Working with documents ( signing of contracts, requests for re-fin. customer monitoring).
• Offering new solutions and company products to customers, consulting on product issues, working with the system, basic issues of integration of payment solutions.
• Compiling reports.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service (mainly B2B).
• Basic knowledge of card business, e-commerce, interest in the field of Fintech.

• Orientation on the needs of the client;
• Experience of working with clients in the banking sector or e-commerce will be a big plus.
• Ability to competently communicate orally and in writing, the ability to learn quickly.
• Independence in work, organization, responsibility
• Ability and desire to work in a team.
