FinTech company Portmone is the first Ukrainian payment and online transfer system that develops non-bank payment solutions since 2002 (B2B and B2C services and products).

We are looking for an account manager in the work department to join the team with partner banks (acquiring banks)

Important -local stay in Kyiv (Kyiv region)

Despite the remote work format, the possibility of periodic office visits, onboarding in the office and, if necessary, acceptance participation in offline meetings.

What to do:

• Processing and solving requests from partner banks on technical and financial issues independently and with the involvement of other company departments
• Processing requests from the accounting department (differences in the accounting reconciliation at the end of the month) and customer support services
• Processing returns at the request of colleagues from other departments
• Processing requests in Jira
• Communicating with partner banks for opening, setting up new terminals

• Communication with partner banks due to payment difficulties
• Working with internal analytics/conversion
• Analysis of payment errors
• Preparation of reports as required partner banks.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with accounting documents (reconciliations) and/or in positions that require thoughtful analysis of information, numbers
• Experience with banks - acquirers, in card projects will be an advantage , understanding the specifics of the operation of payment systems
• Attention to details, the desire to get to the bottom of the situation (causes of the problem)
• Independence in work, organization, responsibility
