In the SupportYourApp team, we are looking for an Account Manager who will become a mediator between our company and customers and help us create the best customer experience around the world. You — our ideal candidate if: You are fluent in English (level C1-C2); You have 1+ years of work experience in a similar position or 2+ years of experience working with customer support; You think critically and can solve problems (worked with various professional business tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel);Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Aircall or any other customer support platform and their analytics dashboards;Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs in customer support or with data analysis and statistics; Experience with time management (Wrike, Monday, Asana, Jira, etc.); Possess interpersonal and communication skills (knowledge of Google Suite and/or Zoom features) and love interacting with people; Excellent you know how to organize and perform many tasks, work with several clients at the same time; You have a track record of responsibilities; You love people and new technologies. It will be a plus: Knowledge of 2 languages ​​(German, Spanish, French).
