Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients via online chat to provide advice and resolve their issues;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients;< /li>
• Maintenance of documentation and reports on work performed.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Organization and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Experience is not required.
• Desire to learn and develop in the IT field.
