We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (Kyiv) with experience in selling complex IT solutions for the B2B segment, large companies and corporations in Ukraine.

development of cooperation strategies and increase in sales volume of the company's solutionsresolution of conflicts and handling of customer complaints received by customers2. Planning and protection of the client's IT strategy:
- formation and agreement with stakeholders of the client's IT strategy
- support of the implementation of the IT development strategy in the client's companies, monitoring of the fulfillment of goals
- formation and protection of the client's operational IT budget
- formation of the list of IT services that affect the continuity of the client's business processes
- determination of the list and cost of IT services in accordance with the client's needs
3. Development of customer and partnership relations:
- coordination of MODUS X actions within the scope of customer service — response to requests, problem solving, and dispute resolution
- control of the quality of the provided IT services, control of the restoration of the quality level defined by the contract
- relations with service providers and procurement of IT services from third parties
4. Control of the implementation of IT solutions at the client:
- management of the project portfolio - control of the budget, terms and quality of the services provided
- control of rational involvement IT resources within the framework of the development and implementation of the projects defined by the strategy
- control of the effectiveness of the implemented IT solutions defined by the strategy, coordination of their further scaling and development
- providing service support of the implemented IT solutions in accordance withabout the needs of the client, its strategy and requirements for the level of service quality
5. Initiation of changes in processes, configurations, capacities and availability of services for clients
6. Control of operational indicators of IT efficiency and informing clients about their changes

- understanding of the stages of selling high-tech products and solutions in the IT field

- experience in concluding various types of contracts for the supply or purchase of IT services, such as fixed price, T&M, hybrid, success based, etc.
- ability to work with customer relationship management systems (for example, MS CRM Dynamic`s, Salesforce, CRM Creatio)

- excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and find insights in them
- ability to identify and understand trends in IT services
- ability to correctly interpret analysis results and draw conclusions
- skills to identify problems and find their cause based on data analysis
- constant monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) and their analysis
- knowledge and ability to use analytical tools in their work (for example, Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics)
4. Skills in preparing and conducting presentations, experience in public of speeches

- careful and meticulous attention to details and deadlines
- ability to plan, manage tasks
- ability to effectively plan working hours, allocate and prioritize tasks
- ability to lead documentation, create reports, maintain the relevance of information and the purity of data on the client base
