Account manager (B2B) in Kosmonova

Duties:

• Work with the existing database clients, with the aim of identifying needs for additional services and conducting Upsale
• Promoting the extension of the client's cooperation with the company using an individual approach
• Prompt resolution of conflict situations with clients
• Processing the database of disconnected customers to identify their current location with the goal of their return
• Communicating with customers with the goal of retaining them
• Support and development of relationships with the company's key clients
• Performance of tasks assigned by the manager
• Working with the CRM system
• Preparation of reports on the number of upsales received from cold calls
• Customer segmentation
• Preparation of reports on the number of cold calls based on the current base
• Transfer of applications to the technical department if necessary
• Creation of consolidated analysis by customer segments and their requests for additional services.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year will be a plus, but not mandatory.
• High communication skills and skills of negotiations
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Analytical thinking and result orientation
