Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum work experience in a similar position
- Competent oral and written communication
- Computer knowledge at the level of a confident user
- Business skills correspondence
- Skills of negotiation with clients
- Ability to process a large amount of information
- Basic knowledge of tools: SEO, PPC, CRO, Web analytics, SMM, Content marketing (will be a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Working with existing customers (B2B)
- Conducting meetings (company presentation and identifying needs)
- Taking feedback after training
- Need detection and repeat sales
- Monitoring and training reminders
- Invitations to paid/free thematic events
- Working with documents
< li>Reconciliation of documents with the client (acts, invoices, contracts)- Maintenance of all stages of the agreement
- Quality implementation of the CRM system
- Improving the LTV of each client
