Schedule regular Client meetings toreview roadmaps, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor Client accounts toensure service delivery aligns with budget and objectives. Identify and capitalize onupselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities for business growth. Maintain up-to-date Client records, tracking contract updates and renewals. Oversee account processes, such asteam extension, replacements, downsizing, and escalations. Assist the account team inrefining project-related processes and providing support. Create bi-weekly progress reports for top management. Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department. Collaborate with the Delivery team oncandidate interviews, onboarding, and maintaining Client-related documentation. Ability and willingness totravel for business purposes asrequired. 👉 Requirements Atleast 3years ofexperience inaccount management, preferably inthe software development ortechnology industry. Additional sales orcustomer service ishighly appreciated. Advanced English proficiency. Bachelor’s degree inbusiness administration, marketing, communications, orrelated field; familiarity with software development isaplus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tobuild and maintain strong Client relationships. Ability toresolve Client issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Familiarity with software development processes, methodologies, and technologies tocommunicate effectively with development teams and Clients.
