We will complement each other perfectly if you have:< /strong>
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar or related position.
- Work experience in the field of affiliate marketing (iGaming) from 1 year.
- li>The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate.
- Knowledge of the main traffic sources and traffic analysis metrics.
- Good presentation skills and negotiation experience.
- Experience of working with various CRM systems and partners.
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, multitasking.
- Ability to self-organize your work and set priorities.
- Financial literacy and clerical skills.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
- You are abroad.
It will be an advantage if you have:
- Experience with tracking systems (Binom, Keitaro).
Key tasks for you will be:
- Maintenance of the current partner base, regular communication with affiliate managers and ODA on the partner side, maintenance and improvement of cooperation conditions.
- Monthly update of offers and constant constant search for offers among current partners with better conditions and an acceptable envelope under geo.
- Preparation for bidding team proposals for new tests with current partners.
- Setting routine tasks for the offer manager to add new offers to the system, making changes to active agreements, updating terms and tracking links, monitoring their implementation.
- Monitoring the results of offers in the tracker, review of indicators with a partner to maintain and increase rates/cap.
- Conducting negotiations with a partner on controversial issues, quick and high-quality resolution of problems.
- Using scripts and funnels of interaction with a partner to improve the conditions of cooperation.
- Development and implementation of partner development plans to achieve profit targets and business goals.
- Monitoring and control of payments from current partners and accounts receivable.
- Attendance on behalf of the company at conferences, meetings and industry events, representation of interests and development of the company's image.
- Regular monitoring of the launch of new brands/products/geo at current partners.
- Maintenance of the CRM system.
- Fixing all interactions and activities by partners, filling out and updating the partner card.
- Preparing reports on the effectiveness of working with partners, evaluating results and recommendations for further actions.
