We are experts in providing DevOps and System Administration services. We work on the most complicated projects and successfully implement them.

Requirements:
— Minimum 1 year of experience in an in a similar position, preferably in an outstaffing or staffing industry, would be a plus;
— High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
— High communication skills;
— Commitment to long-term and quality results;
— Positive approach with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in learning;
— Experience with project management tools;
— Speaking and writing English at Upper-Intermediate level;
— Understanding of sales concept;
— Ability to calculate basic sales figures, work with figures;
— Experience with CRM.
Will be plus:
— Understanding of DevOps technologies;
Responsibilities:
— Developing trusting relationships with clients;
— Cross-sales and up-sales;
— Close co-operation with current clients for potential expansion and increased sales;
— Ensuring on-time delivery of solutions in accordance with the needs and goals of clients;
— Realization of set KPI’s, increasing the ROI of the company;
— QBR with clients and meeting with clients to present services, build strong relationships and solve problems;
— Assisting with complicated client requests or solving problems and disputes;
— Preparing monthly reports for client accounts and co-operating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
