Our common ambitions: In this in this role, you will become a bridge between the marketplace and sellers: you will help them get started, provide a high-quality cooperation experience and support that will contribute to the growth of both parties.

What tasks will you have:

  • Active search and attraction of new merchants: cold/warm contacts, negotiations, presentations of the benefits of cooperation.
  • Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals, contracts, onboarding packages for new sellers.
  • Support of the process of connecting sellers to the platform: help with registration, uploading goods, setting up accounts, providing instructions and consultations.
  • Providing support and communication with merchants throughout the entire cycle of cooperation: answers to requests, solving questions, facilitating internal processes.
  • Content quality control (product descriptions, categorization, photos, prices), correctness of information, assistance to sellers with optimization of product cards.
  • Monitoring of merchant activity, analysis of sales indicators, customer feedback — in order to improve cooperation and increase turnover.
  • Preparation of reports on work with merchants, feedback, recommendations for improving cooperation, identifying growth points.
  • Search and implementation of new opportunities for merchants - promotions, promotional tools, optimization of commercial offers to stimulate sales.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in sales, account management or partnership development (B2B / e-commerce / marketplaces) and knows how to turn the first contact into long-term cooperation.
  • Easily finds a common language with entrepreneurs, knows how to negotiate, present solutions and convince through value, not pressure.
  • You like to accompany customers "turnkey": from the launch of the seller to platform for its growth and scaling of sales.
  • You think in numbers and results: you analyze indicators, see growth points and offer merchants specific tools to increase turnover.
  • Understands how e-commerce and marketplaces work, or really wants to understand it deeply and become an expert for sellers.
  • Proactive (a), self-organized (a) and result-oriented (a) - takes responsibility for his accounts and really influence their success.
