We are looking for an active, ambitious and focused Partner Development Manager who will be an important bridge between us and restaurants, helping them achieve the best results and unlock the potential of cooperation.
What will you do:
Resolve day-to-day operational issues with the content and logistics teams process efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends, risks and new opportunities.
Develop marketing initiatives, coordinate promotions and implement them in cooperation with partners.
Negotiate cooperation terms, renew contracts and resolve administrative issues.
Offer innovative solutions to improve interaction with the platform and adapt to changing needs of partners.
It is very likely that you and I we will work together if you:
Have2+ years of experience in customer management or support, preferably in the field of retail or FMCG.
You have an analytical mindand the ability to work with large volumes of data, making decisions based on numbers.
You know how to negotiate, build trusting relationships and motivate partners for joint growth.
You are confident inCRM systems, Excel, Google Docs and other tools to optimize processes.
You easily adapt to a fast-changing environment, while remaining organized and focused on results.
