What will you be? do?
As an account manager, you will manage interactions with clients, build and maintain long-term relationships with them, and coordinate the work of a team of technical specialists in order to ensure the timely implementation of projects and the achievement of planned results.

The main tasks of an account manager:
- determine business needs and correctly transform them into tasks for teams;
- conduct communication with clients at all stages of the project: conduct online calls, communicate electronically, organize meetings;
- analyze the achievement of project goals and present the available results to clients;
- coordinate the work of the team and compliance with deadlines;
- timely solve problems that arise during the implementation of projects and settle disputed issues with the client.
The ideal candidate:
- fluent in the Ukrainian language (competent written and spoken language, knowledge of spelling and punctuation rules);
- can multitask;
- stress-resistant, has analytical abilities;
- customer-oriented, has excellent communication skills, knows how to communicate effectively with clients and the team.
The advantages will be: - proficiency in English at the B2+ level;
- work experience in the field of digital marketing in the role of Account Manager, Project Manager orASO, SEO or PPC specialist.
