Since 2010, our Ai-Ti Support team has been serving small and medium business customers in Germany. We provide our customers with IT support services. Our responsibilities include building, expanding and maintaining office infrastructure for our clients, which consists of networks, servers, telephony, printers, scanners, computers and more. Due to the increase in the flow of clients and tasks, we are looking for an Account Manager strong> with knowledge of German/English to handle incoming requests and manage the flow of tasks.< /p>

What you will need to do:
• Communicate with the company's clients using IP telephony, Whatsapp messenger, Email and the company's support interface.
• Formulate tasks from customers for our technicians.
• Be constantly in touch during agreed working hours.
• Manage the queue of tasks and requests from clients.
• Maintain technical documentation and data protocols about our clients' companies and projects.
• Work with CRM.
What we expect from you:
• High sociability, desire to work and develop in the direction of communication with clients.
• Knowledge in the areas of computer and operating systems, computer networks, digital security, remote access and administration, web- interfaces at Junior or Hard Junior level. But the desire to develop your skills and knowledge in these areas is a must.
Technical education in the field of IT is a plus. span>
